Bradleys Removals in Dundee joins the team

Bradleys Removals in Dundee have joined the Clockwork team. All operations will be based out of our existing operational centre in Perth.
Neil Moodie, Branch Manager at Perth talked about the benefits for clients.
For a while now we have been servicing Dundee clients. Bradleys have a fantastic reputation in the area and we are thrilled to be joining forces as Clockwork to develop our coverage of the local area.

Clockwork acquires JB Carlton Removals

Clockwork Reading are pleased to have taken on the business of JB Carlton and Co in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.
Jamie Mann, National Operations Director pointed out the positives for the business.
As our branch in Reading has grown in popularity with clients we were keen to expand our capabilities in the area. JB Carlton have a good name and we look forward to integrating the company in to the Clockwork team.

Jonathan Bramwell promoted to Commercial Sales Director.

After moving to Clockwork with SBS in July last year Jonathan has proved to be a major asset within the business and has been made Commercial Sales Director from the 1st January. Jonathan will now focus on commercial sales in England and continue to drive Clockwork forward with his enthusiasm and ability.

Following on from being awarded full accreditation in the commercial moving standard PAS126, Clockwork's commercial relocation arm have joined the Commercial Moving Group (CMG). Part of the British Association of Removers, a group Clockwork have long been proud to support, this membership signifies Clockwork's commitment to service excellence for their clients.
Malcolm Pearson, Sales Director is delighted to join the group.

Clockwork Removals extends it's international reach.

Gerards Removals are the latest company to join the Clockwork team. Established for over 20 years in Glasgow, Gerards have long been a strong presence in the domestic and international moving markets.
Jamie Mann, National Operations Director, was pleased at the synergies this brings to Clockwork and Gerards.
Clockwork offer a full international moving service to our clients and the staff at Gerards coming on board brings vast experience and knowledge to bolster our already strong service offering. Clockwork customers living near our Glasgow base and across the UK can be confident of the outstanding service our international staff deliver for them. We are delighted to join forces and our clients can be confident the change will be only beneficial for them.

Clockwork moves itself in Windsor

We have relocated our Windsor depot from it's existing base to a new property in Wokingham. The move was driven by the want for a larger and more modern property, better equipped to serve our growing client base in the area. Clockwork Windsor Branch Manager Russell Berry explained the move.

We have seen a strong increase in our storage over the last year and we knew we needed to work with a larger facility to serve our clients. Our new base gives us that and our staff are excited about the new possibilities. Although we have moved from our existing site, we will still be continuing to serve our existing client base as we always have.

SBS Removals joins the Clockwork team

SBS removals have joined the Clockwork Removals team. This long established business has a fantastic reputation in Sheffield and this is undoubtedly a great step for Clockwork, SBS and its clients around Sheffield and further afield. This significantly expands Clockwork's coverage in an area where it is already growing quickly. The changeover to Clockwork will be all the smoother for Jonathan Bramwell SBS's owner coming on board.

Clockwork Removals purchases Cookson Removals

Clockwork Removals have purchased Cookson & Son Moving from Gallagher's International Removals based in Northern Ireland. Cooksons has operated in the Lancashire area for a number of years from its base in Poulton-le-fyde and Clockwork will relocate its operations to its existing Preston depot. This acquisition assists Clockwork in growing its client base and presence throughout the Lancashire area.
Andrew Cockerill, branch manager at Preston was delighted at sealing the deal.
This helps us support our existing growing client base and to grow our presence in the local area. We look forward to continuing to serve the domestic and commercial requirements for our clients across Lancashire.

Clockwork Removals delivers another industry first

Clockwork is delighted and proud to have received full accredited certification for ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 standards, also incorporating BS EN 12522 (domestic removals), BS EN 14873 (storage) and PAS126 (commercial moving).
These standards have been awarded as an integrated set through the demanding PAS99 standard.

We have worked hard on ensuring that as we expand our reach around the country, we also ensure we deliver the very best service levels to our clients. This award shows the standards we are constantly setting and maintains our focus on ensuring value for money for clients through efficient and aligned processes and procedures. ISO is an ongoing process and our staff have embraced the whole culture fantastically well. We are delighted to be the first relocation company to have achieved these awards as an integrated set and look forward to ensuring we continue to deliver on our service promises.

Clockwork Removals expanding their reach to their clients

Clockwork Removals & Storage have recently acquired three new depots in the UK. The depots in Louth, Preston and Windsor take Clockwork's total number of depots in the UK to 16 and means Clockwork can offer an even more complete service to their clients in these areas.
Managing Director Courtenay Morison was delighted on completion of the acquisitions.
"We are focused on ensuring we can deliver the high service levels we have become associated with to our clients. These new depots give us bases in key areas where we are already working and assist us with our national contract work. The important point for us is that our clients, both domestic and commercial, now have a local presence in these areas to look after them".

The new sites will be able to offer Clockwork's full range of moving and storage services to all clients from the start of January 2009.
